Our products are made from 100% organic cotton. Each piece is crafted with a high level of attention to detail, featuring a predominantly handmade process using premium blanks sourced from reputable suppliers.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garments, we recommend professional cleaning. Please follow the care instructions on the label, which advise either dry cleaning or gentle hand washing with appropriate cleaning products.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in rare cases where an item is clearly defective, damaged during shipping, or if an order error has occurred. We may cover certain circumstances at our sole discretion. In such cases, please contact us at support@projectella.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
